Plan a Menu Using the Internet

OBJECTIVE
Plan a special menu using the Internet to find recipes to enhance the dinner. (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, summer cookout, etc.)

PROCEDURE
1. Have students bring in a favorite recipe to share with the class.
2. Plan a menu for the dinner.
3. Use the Internet to locate different recipes that would be nice to include on our menu.

Many newspapers have food sections that are geared for the holidays

PROJECT EVALUATION
Students will compile a recipe book so they will have a finished product to take home.
