Real English
The Real English ESL Video series now includes free, on-line lessons. Click on the link at http://www.real-english.com/Password.htm to request a password. You will find many exercises based on original, authentic video, organized by grammar structures.

Working Simulations
This site has a very nifty virtual office, complete with actual work assignments. Although not specifically for ESL learners, activities such as answering the phone could be very useful language practice. (Shockwave needed.)
